About the Author
I was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, and studied both creative writing and film at North Carolina State University. Since graduating, I've worked mostly in the pet care industry, looking after all kinds of different animals—furred, feathered and scaled. But, while I love my day job and all of the creatures I get to work with, words have always been my greatest passion. When I'm not writing, I'm usually devouring the latest sci-fi and fantasy books and shows, soaking up as much live music as possible, trying my hand at various diy projects, or just hanging out at home with my partner and our two cats, Chewie and Louie.
My favorite books include: A Darker Shade of Magic by V. E. Schwab, The Cruel Prince by Holly Black, The Fifth Season by N. K. Jemisin, Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor, The Bridge Kingdom by Danielle L. Jensen, Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo, An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir, Nevernight by Jay Kristoff and House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J. Maas.

The Last Worldwalker
Juno Viante, plus-size, party-girl princess, and reluctant heir to the Viaxian throne, will do almost anything to avoid her royal responsibilities, a task that’s easily accomplished with the help of her misfit friends. But when an army of rebels with mysterious motivations and even deadlier magic attack the capital during the empire’s most extravagant festival, Juno’s life is upended in the most devastating of ways.
With the city burning behind them, Juno and her friends are forced to flee, carrying with them the daunting task of not only guarding the survivors, but also protecting a rare power that was once thought to be extinct: the ability to walk between worlds.
Burdened with responsibilities she never wanted, and weighed down with centuries’ worth of secrets and lies, Juno must make a choice; hide and keep the cosmaverse safe from those who would use the last Worldwalker’s gifts to conquer countless realms, or return home to fight for the people she left behind by stepping into the role she never wanted and using a power she’s only just begun to understand.

A Dreamer Darkly
For teen witch Aster Albright , dreams really do come true. There's only one problem; Aster only ever has nightmares. When she conjures a monster in her sleep that kills her father, Aster is forced from her home and carted off the the only safe place for witches in all of the nine realms: Haven Castle.
It's there that she meets Elias Letair and his group of magical friends , all of whom seem to want to help her conquer her fears and control her magic, but Aster can't be certain they don't have any ulterior motives. Especially since Elias is the son of the castle's warden, a mysterious witch who makes no secret of her contempt for the treaty that binds the witches to the rest of the non-magical world.
Aster must decide if she's willing to trust those around her to help her with her dangerous powers or risk becoming the very thing she fears the most: the worst monster of them all.
